Who would benefit from the pack?:
This pack is ideal for those that need that little extra help transitioning between home and school.
The communication fan is ideal for children with non-verbal autism and other communication difficulties and provides a visual way to sequence the steps involved in the daily home to school routine.
The Ear defenders can make the travelling to and from school less stressful by cutting out unwanted noises, whilst the Chewbuddy™ Tags can be a welcoming oral chew or fidget, attached to clothes or school bag.
The 60 minute timer can help count down the various home routine tasks like brushing teeth, getting shoes on, packing the school bag and equally useful in the classroom as a desktop tool.
The pencil grips will help the user grip their pencil in a comfortable writing position. Use the putty to help strengthen fine motor muscles.
Good to know:
- Not recommended for children under 3 years old.
- Adult supervision required at all times.
Christmas Despatch and Delivery
Order in stock products by 2pm on Thursday 19th December for same day despatch.
Please note Christmas delivery is not guaranteed as once your products have been passed to the courier we have no influence or control over their delivery timeframes.
Christmas Returns Policy
We want to give our customers peace of mind that all eligible products purchased between 1st November 2024 and 25th December 2024 can be returned or exchanged until 31st January 2025.
Customers simply need to return the product(s) in their original re-sellable condition together with the completed Returns Form.
Please note this excludes reporting missing or damaged products which must be reported within 3 working days, so please ensure you open and check your order when it arrives.
Delivery
Products that are in stock and ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same working day.
Weighted Lap Pads, Shoulder Wraps and other handmade products may take 3-5 working days to be despatched, if not in stock. We will endeavour to contact customers whose orders may be affected by any despatch delays.
- Delivery is FREE for online orders of £45 and above within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland).
- Mainland UK delivery charges are £3.95 Royal Mail and £5.95 for Courier delivery for orders under £45.
- Small products are sent by Royal Mail. Larger products are sent by Courier for Mainland UK next day delivery. For smaller products that are in stock and ordered before 2pm, you can now select and pay for Mainland UK next day delivery at the checkout stage.
- Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
- We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but if you find that the product is not suitable you must return the product to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the same or similar.
Returns of a sales product must be within 14 days of receipt.
To receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all original documentation.
